Main building
The main building consists of two large share toilet and bathrooms for ladies and gentlemen respectively. There are also four family friendly bathrooms.
Disabled facilities are also found in the building.
The building also contains a childrens bathroom which has been designed for small people and it also contains a changing station and baby bath.

There are cooking facilities in the main building with two fan ovens, tow microwave ovens, gas hobs, kettles, coffee machines and toasters.Pots and pans are not available and must be supplied by the camp guests.
The kitchen contains several sinks for washing dishes.
The kitchen contains a kitchen and freezer which is for visitors staying in tents.
There is a laundry available for campers which contains washing machines and tumble dryers. An iron and ironing board is also available if needed. Coins for the machines can be bought in the dispenser outside the laundry or in reception.
Bring your own laundry powder or buy bags on the shop.
A table for cleaning and preparing any fish you have caught is available outside at the end of the main building. There are two sinks and taps.
Please put all fish waste in a bag before putting it in the bin available.
Next to the main building there is a small television room where you can watch tv, relax, play games or read a book on the sofa.
There is a large screen where films and sport can be viewed such and the Danish national football team games or Tour de France. Feel free to ask in reception and we will turn the room into a cinema or gathering place for large sports events.
Attached to the television room is a covered area which is the meeting place for joint activities. This is where we light the grill and people can meet and enjoy each other’s company.
Service building 2
At the other end of the site there is another service building which contains three family bathrooms, two toilets, and a baby changing room with changing station and baby bath. The building has underfloor heating.

Under the extended roof of this building there are four washing up stations which avoids the need to go to the main building to do the dishes. It’s also a great place to meet other campers!

In case of emergency there is a defibrillator installed on the campsite.
It can be found in the green cupboard outside reception.
Apart from checking in and out of the campsite, reception provides a place to talk to the staff, borrow games, table tennis bats or petanque balls.
There are also information leaflets about the various tourist attraction in the area.
It is possible to purchase tickets for Djurs Sommerland, Skandinavisk Dyrepark (animal park) and Gl. Estrup (Old Estrup Manor).
The camp site shop is found here. You can buy ice cream and drinks. A cold draft beer can be enjoyed in the sun outside.
Fresh rolls can be ordered from the shop from the local bakery. If ordered by 7pm the roils will be ready by 8am the following morning. In the quiet season this service is only available on weekends and bank holidays.
Items for the beach are available to buy and SUP rental also takes place in the shop.
The shop also sells basic items in case you have forgotten anything.

Internet/Wi-Fi
You can access the wifi for a fee and it covers most of the campsite. The price list can be found on the notice board on the service buildings.

Dog run
There is an enclosed area on the site where it is possible to walk your dog. You can enjoy the view over the water while your dog has a good run.
Free dog poo bags are available from reception.
If you need to wash the dog after a walk on the beach then there is an external tap with showerhead next to the workshop you are welcome to use.
