In the main building, you have the option to cook everything from a gourmet dinner to a simple meal. The kitchen is equipped with two convection ovens, two microwaves, several gas burners, as well as electric kettles, a coffee machine, and a toaster.

Remember your pots and pans
Please note that the kitchen is not supplied with pots and pans, so you will need to bring your own cookware. There are also several sinks available, making it easy for washing dishes.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator and a freezer, which are primarily reserved for guests staying in tents.

When the kids return from the playground with grass-stained knees, or after you've enjoyed an active day of cycling or running, the campsite has a laundry facility ready for you to use.

Clean clothes and fresh socks
The laundry room is equipped with washing machines, dryers, an iron, and an ironing board. Tokens can be purchased from the machine outside or at the reception. Remember to bring your own detergent, or you can buy a convenient single-use packet in the shop.

At the end of the main building, there is an outdoor fish cleaning station with two sinks and running water, perfect for cleaning the day's catch before you grill it.

We kindly ask that you bag your fish waste before throwing it in the designated trash container on site.

Next to the main building, you'll find a small, cozy TV lounge. It's the perfect spot to put your feet up on the sofa, watch TV, read a good book, or grab a board game and enjoy some quiet time together.

Movies, sports, and community
The TV lounge easily transforms into a cinema or common room for showing movies, the Tour de France, or national team matches on the big screen. Just ask at the reception, and we'll get everything set up for a shared experience.

A meeting spot under the canopy
Right next door, you'll find the covered area where the barbecue is lit, conversations flow, and campsite activities come to life. It’s a natural gathering point for everyday get-togethers and special occasions.

Conveniently located by the service building, under the canopy, are four dishwashing stations. This saves you a walk to the main building, letting you enjoy the fresh air and maybe even a pleasant conversation with a neighbor while you both take care of the dishes.

We take care of each other
To enhance safety and peace of mind at the campsite, a defibrillator has been installed.

Your safety is important to us. That's why we've installed a defibrillator, which is located in the green cabinet on the wall outside the reception.

More than just check-in
Feel free to stop by the reception anytime. It’s not just for checking in and out. You're always welcome to come by for a friendly chat, or to borrow board games, table tennis bats, or a game of petanque.

Here, you'll also find brochures for local attractions and can purchase tickets for places like Djurs Sommerland, Scandinavian Wildlife Park, and Gammel Estrup Manor.

The little shop on site
In the reception building, you'll also find the campsite's cozy shop – the perfect place to treat yourself to an ice lolly or a large ice cream cone with delicious, homemade topping. We also offer cold drinks and the chance to enjoy a cold draft beer in the sun just outside.

Fresh rolls for your breakfast table
Order your bread rolls in the shop, delivered fresh from the local "Fjellerup Bageri". Place your order by 7 PM, and they'll be ready for pickup the next morning at 8 AM. During the low season, orders can be placed on weekends and public holidays.

Ready for a day at the beach
If you're heading to the beach, you can buy beach gear or rent a SUP board directly from the shop – getting you ready for a day by the water in no time.

All the essentials
The shop also stocks the most basic necessities, just in case you forgot something at home or didn't make it to the supermarket.
